I would say that I am personally not addicted to my phone. I say this because I usually am outside or too busy to be on my phone but when I am I do spend a lot of time on it. I think that some people are addicted to their phones because they have nothing better to do and are just plainly bored. I doing usually look at my phone for a couple reasons one being I don’t get notififications and two being I am busy and can’t look at my phone. So I would say no I’m not addicted to my phone.
